FE-Analysis:

Before producing a rubber or rubber-metal bonded product, it is very important to use a correct mold design and a suitable rubber compound.

Thanks to our many years of experience and facilities, we are able to carry out the design and production process in the shortest time and most accurate way by using the software that is effective in the field of rubber calculations for FEA Analysis and the calculation program we have self-developed.

Definition of Concept and Requirements
Concept and requirements are calculated according to the region that is to be used by our customers. Together with our customers, concept development and requirements are calculated according to the area to be used.
Pre-Design
After the concept development has been determined, the Pre-design comes to the fore.

CAD-Modeling
After defining the Pre-design, the 3D-Modeling will be designed.
Simulation and Test
After the 3D design comes out, the FE analysis is performed on the correct elastomer and metal parts.

Mold Production of The Prototype
The shape design is made according to the results of the FE analysis.
Final Control Tests
The product emerging from the molded part is tested according to the test scenarios determined in the FE analysis.
